Furthermore featured in this new image release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands. The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million. The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool. Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner. The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the property. In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
